  • Vendors must provide accurate business and payment information.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any violation of these terms & conditions.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Vendor’s account and it’s selling capabilities will be terminated if any illegal or fraud activity found.
  • Product listings, images, product details must be accurate and not misleading.
  • Vendors are responsible for managing orders, shipping, and customer service.
  • Vendor will bear any charges for cancelling order, not shipped in time and product Return/Replace charges.
  • Vendors are responsible for any legal action, if duplicate/pirated item sold on Ventro. The account may be terminated and the fund will be processed as per Admin Side. No issue will be taken in piracy case.
  • Any disputes between vendors and customers should be resolved amicably.
  • Vendor’s account will be on hold in case of not resolving customer’s issues.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.
  • Purchases made through the website are binding, and refunds or returns are subject to the vendor’s policy.
  • Customers must not engage in fraudulent activities or violate any laws.
  • All the products on Ventro are Prepaid only.
  • Customer will be responsible for prepaid orders on Ventro. We are unable to cancel any order after successful order placement and payment.
  • No return issues/ refund request will be accepted in case of “Order Not Yet Required”, “Found Better Product”, “Product Price is High”, “Ordered by Mistake” or other mistakes made by customer’s side.

5. Payments and Fees

  • Vendors are subject to platform fees, commissions, or transaction charges.
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. It may be in Cash, Direct bank transfer or UPI as per vendor’s demand.
  • We are not liable for payment failures or disputes between vendors and customers.

6. Order Fulfillment and Shipping

  • Vendors are responsible for timely order fulfillment and shipping.
  • Shipping costs and policies must be clearly stated in the product listings.
  • Customers should contact vendors for any shipping-related concerns.
  • Vendor should contact customers for any Shipping-related concerns or order item unavailable.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Each vendor sets their own return and refund policies. But final decision will be from Admin’s Side.
  • Customers should review the vendor’s policies before making a purchase.
  • We are not responsible for disputes regarding returns and refunds.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, and logos on the website belong to their respective owners.
  • Users may not use or reproduce any content without permission.
  • We are not permitting products for reselling. We are not responsible for reselling products on other platforms after purchasing from Ventro. The Invoice is only a proof of purchase from Ventro.

9. Prohibited Activities

  • Users must not use the platform for illegal or unethical purposes.
  • Any form of fraud, hacking, or abuse will result in account termination.
  • Vendors must not list prohibited or counterfeit products.
  • No duplicate/ Fake/ pirated product should be listed on Ventro. The vendor will be responsible for any legal action taken by Admin/ Customer side.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our platform.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of vendor listings.
  • Users agree to use the platform at their own risk.

11. Indemnification

  • Users agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses related to their use of the website.

12. Modifications to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
  • Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Madhya Pradesh, India.
